Sauvignon Blanc 2009
The Sauvignon blanc is maturing in barrels which allows it to express lime characters with a well structured finish and nicely balanced acids combined with a pleasantly nutty flavour imparted by the oak characteristics.
This is a great wine for matching with fish, veal and pasta dishes. It will also complement many Asian dishes.
The wine has been bottled and is now available. There is a very limited supply of 500 bottles.
