Legal Requirements
Only persons aged 18 years or over may order wine or receive wine as a gift.

Orders and Availability
All wines offered are subject to availability
All prices include GST
Please note that, unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed, we need to receive your full payment before delivery of the wine
We allocate the wine on a first-come, first served basis

Payment

By cash, cheque, VISA. MasterCard,  For direct credit to our bank account please email for details.

Delivery

A small charge applies for deliveries in New Zealand, details on the Order Form
The delivery address must be a street address

Breakages and Incorrect delivery

If bottles are broken, or the delivery is different from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Losses can be only claimed within 2 weeks of delivery

Conditions of Sale

Ownership and Title in the goods does not pass until payment in full is made to Brodie Estate
Interest may be charged on overdue accounts
Pursuant to the Fair Trading Act 1986, accounts not met within our trading terms will be liable for all costs of collection
