  • I agree to the following conditions by signing the form and faxing or mailing it.

  • I authorise Brodie Estate to enrol me as a member of their wine club and charge my credit card NZ$336 (incl GST) prior to shipment three times per year. April, August and November

  • I agree to this arrangement continuing until such time as I cancel my membership after the minimum 12 months membership.

  • I certify that I am over the age of 18 years.
